Shipping

Venezuela Candles(VC) will generally process your order within 3-5 five business days. Please be aware that holidays and other "acts of God" may delay your order. Any order changes must be made prior to shipment. You may contact VC to determine if your order has shipped. If your order has not shipped VC will attempt to accommodate your request. 

 

 SHIPPING (only within contiguous USA)

When VC receives your tracking order number, VC  will email the buyer the tracking number associated with the purchase.  Please note that the carrier may take up to 48 hours to process your tracking number.

Free shipping is available for all orders over $50.00, except when a promotion code is applied, with the exception of Gift Box Sets.

​

This means that if the order total is $50.00 or more, you will qualify for free shipping. However, if a promotional code is applied during checkout, you will not be eligible for free shipping, except when purchasing Gift Box Sets.

 

In the case of Gift Box Sets, free shipping would still be available regardless of any promotion codes used.

 

 

 

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

We offer expedited shipping options upon request for contiguous domestic orders. Pricing is dependent upon the destination/weight of the package. We ask that you please apply our 2-3 business day window for processing to plan accordingly.

                                                                                      Product Usage and Returns Policy

At Venezuela Candles, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products that enhance your experience. This policy outlines our guidelines for product returns to ensure a fair and transparent process. Please carefully read and understand the following before making a return request.

Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns for products purchased from Venezuela Candles only if they meet the following criteria:

  • The product was used in accordance with its intended purpose.

  • The product was not misused or subjected to any form of intentional damage.

  • The product, upon receipt, was immediately inspected by the purchaser who determined the item was damaged, defective, or received the wrong item. 

  • The product was not a discontinued or a clearance item when purchased.

  • Purchaser notified Venezuela Candles of the defect within 48 hours and subsequently returned the product for exchange or refund within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Unacceptable Returns: We do not accept returns for products that fall under the following categories:

  • Products used in a manner other than their intended purpose.

  • Products exhibiting signs of misuse, intentional damage, or negligence.

  • Products damaged due to accidents, improper handling, or alterations.

  • Products with missing parts, accessories, or original packaging.

Initiating a Return: If you believe your product qualifies for a return based on the above criteria, please follow these steps:

Return Process: Unfortunately VC cannot cover return/exchange shipping costs:

  • Pack the product securely in its original packaging (if available) or in suitable packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  • Include a copy of the original purchase receipt.

  • Ship the package to the address provided by our Sales Department.

Inspection and Refund: Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If the product passes inspection, we will notify the original purchaser and initiate the refund process within 10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued in the original form or method of payment used for the purchase.

  • The refund amount may be subject to deductions for any missing parts, damage, or other applicable fees.

Customer Responsibilities: To ensure a smooth return process, customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information when requesting a return.

  • Safely packaging the product to prevent damage during transit.

  • Covering the cost of return shipping unless otherwise specifically waived by Venezuela Candles.
